A rental contract must be completed on every transaction with all pertinent data furnished prior to the delivery of the rental equipment. Customer is responsible to keep unit clean, refueled, and maintained for the duration of the rental period. Any cleaning or refueling required post rental will be additional cost to the customer. Any damages due to misuse, abuse, or accident during rental are to be paid by customer along with rental rate until damages are repaired.

Equipment is to stay on one location for the term of the rental agreement. Upon customer's request to change locations, Tchefuncte Equipment will transport equipment to new location resulting in a new rental agreement term and associated delivery fees.

We do NOT offer any insurance or damage waiver on rentals. Customer further agrees to pay for all damages to the equipment resulting from improper use or abuse of the equipment.

Rates are for time in and time out, not time used. A rental day is for 24 hours, and 8 hours run time on the equipment. Overtime charge will apply.

Hour Limits:

Daily - 8 hours. Weekly - 40 hours. Monthly - 160 hours.

Delivery fee is not included in rate. We do not offer pick up. Delivery is a $50 minimum charge. Delivery Fee rates vary depending on distance from our location.
